HVAC & Electrical Reports Payment Terms

One-time Pro purchase

HVAC & Electrical Reports offers three free new reports. Pro unlocks unlimited new reports in this app through a non-consumable Apple In-App Purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or timed trial. Reaching the free allowance does not authorize a charge. Existing reports remain editable and exportable without Pro.

The U.S. price configured on November 5, 2026 is $19.99 for a one-time purchase. The localized price shown by Apple at checkout is the amount to review before confirming; applicable taxes and currency depend on the store. Future price changes do not create recurring charges for an existing purchase.

Payment and restoration

Apple processes the payment through your Apple Account after you confirm it. A cancelled, pending or failed purchase does not by itself activate Pro. Pro is enabled when Apple provides a verified entitlement.

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account that made the purchase to recover eligible Pro access after reinstalling or on another supported device. Restoration requires contact with Apple and does not recover local job reports or synchronize them between devices. Family Sharing is not offered for this product.

If Apple refunds or revokes the purchase, the app removes the Pro entitlement when that change is received. Existing reports remain available; creating more reports may require Pro. If restoration fails, check your Apple Account and network connection, then contact support.

Refunds and help

You can request an eligible refund through Apple's refund service. Apple reviews eligibility under its terms and applicable law; we cannot guarantee approval. Apple's refund guidance explains the process. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
