HVAC & Electrical Reports Privacy Policy

HVAC & Electrical Reports is provided by Shanghai Length Technology Co.,Ltd. under the Looplood brand. This policy describes the app and our handling of voluntary support requests.

Your reports stay on your device

Job details, customer names and addresses, business and technician details, readings, work notes, materials, labor, checklists, photographs, captions and customer acknowledgements are stored in the app's container on your device. We do not receive these records automatically or operate a report-sync server. The app has no advertising or analytics SDK and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

The app stores local free-report usage and uses Apple's StoreKit to determine whether Pro is available to you. These controls do not send report contents to us.

Photos, camera and permissions

The camera is requested only when you choose to take a job photo. You may decline and continue with text or import selected images through Apple's photo library picker. The app receives the items you select; it does not browse your entire photo library. Imported images are reencoded before storage to omit source EXIF metadata. The app does not request your device's location. Service addresses are entered manually.

You can change camera permission in iOS Settings. Removing a photo from a report does not remove its original from your photo library.

Sharing, backups and Apple services

PDF creation happens on your device. When you choose Share, the recipient and service you select handle the exported copy under their own practices. The app cannot recall or delete copies already delivered. Your operating-system backup settings may include app data in a device backup; the app does not provide its own cloud synchronization.

Apple processes purchases and restores through your Apple Account. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple's processing is described in its Privacy Policy. Opening a legal or support webpage makes an ordinary network request to the website host; local-report processing does not mean web visits or purchases stay on your device. Reports are not attached to those requests.

Support contacts

If you email us, we receive your address and anything you choose to include. We use this information to handle your request and relevant follow-up. Please omit customer records or attachments that are not needed. Support correspondence is handled by our company in China through email services, and may be processed outside your location. We retain it only as needed for support, related records and applicable obligations. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for targeted advertising.

Access, correction and deletion

Open a report to review or edit its information. Use its delete action to remove it, including associated photos and acknowledgement, or use the confirmed delete-all-reports action in Settings. Business defaults can be changed in Settings. Deleting reports does not erase Apple purchase history or files you saved elsewhere. Temporary PDF copies are cleaned up by the app; a saved or shared copy must be deleted separately. You may manage device backups through Apple's settings.

There is no app account to delete. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to support, or to raise a privacy concern. We handle requests according to applicable law and retain information where an applicable obligation requires it. We cannot remotely access your local reports to fulfill a request.

Security, children and changes

The app uses the device's app-container protections. Protect your device and keep independent copies of records you need; no storage method can guarantee against every loss or unauthorized access. This is a professional contractor tool and is not directed to children. If a child has sent personal information to our support mailbox, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy when practices change. The revised version and effective date will appear here; we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Your mandatory privacy rights remain unaffected.
