HVAC & Electrical Reports Terms of Use

These terms describe HVAC & Electrical Reports, provided by Shanghai Length Technology Co.,Ltd. under the Looplood brand. Read them before using the app. The app's software license is governed by Apple's Standard EULA; these terms explain the product, records and support without replacing that license.

What the app does

HVAC & Electrical Reports helps HVAC and electrical professionals create local job records, attach photographs, record checklists and exceptions, capture customer acknowledgement, and export PDF reports. It is a recordkeeping tool. It does not certify safety, code compliance, completion of physical work, the identity of a signer, or the legal enforceability of a signature. It does not provide repair instructions or professional safety advice.

A completed report means the app's required fields have been resolved. You remain responsible for the accuracy, relevance and lawful use of information you record, and for any inspection, testing or work you perform. Review the PDF before sharing it. A signature acknowledges the report presented in the app; editing its contents requires a new acknowledgement. Previously exported copies remain historical copies and are not automatically updated.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain your rights in your records and photos. We do not obtain ownership of them. Only record or share information, images and acknowledgements you have the right to use. Obtain any permissions required from customers or other people. Do not create fraudulent records, impersonate signers, infringe others' rights or unlawfully interfere with the app. This does not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.

Records are kept on your device. You are responsible for device security, available storage and keeping exports or backups appropriate to your needs. Uninstalling the app or losing a device may remove access to local records. Apple/device backups and recipients' copies are outside the app's deletion controls. The Privacy Policy explains these boundaries.

Free use and Pro

You can create three reports without buying Pro. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable Apple In-App Purchase that unlocks unlimited new reports. Existing reports remain available for editing and PDF export without an active Pro entitlement. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic charge when the free allowance is used.

Apple shows the applicable price before purchase and processes payment. Restore a qualifying purchase using Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to buy it. Purchase restoration restores Pro access, not local report files. Refunds and billing support follow Apple's processes and applicable rights. See Payment Terms.

Availability and changes

We may issue updates to maintain or improve the app. Compatibility can depend on supported Apple devices and operating systems. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or recovery of every lost file. These statements do not remove statutory guarantees or remedies. Changes to these terms will be shown with a new version and date, with additional notice or consent where required.

You can stop using the app at any time. We do not operate an account or hosted report service to terminate. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available, and these terms do not require you to waive them or agree to mandatory arbitration.
