Email ai@looplood.com for help. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Omit customer names, addresses, signatures and photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue.

Create and share a PDF

Open the report, review its checklist and resolve any missing information or exceptions. Add the customer acknowledgement, then open the PDF preview and check the contents before sharing. Use the iOS share sheet to choose a recipient or save a copy to Files. If a receiving app is unavailable, save to Files and share the saved PDF from there.

PDF generation runs on your device. If it fails, check available device storage and try again. Editing a signed report requires a new acknowledgement. PDFs already shared retain their earlier contents.

Restore Pro

Open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. Use the Apple Account that purchased Pro. Restoration recovers eligible Pro access. Your job reports are stored separately on your device and are not restored by a purchase.

If Apple shows a pending purchase, wait for it to finish. If restoration fails, check your Apple Account and connection, then email support. You can review billing or request an eligible refund through Apple's refund service.

Delete local reports and photos

Use a report's delete action to remove the report and its associated photos and acknowledgement. To remove all reports, open Settings and confirm the delete-all-reports action. Update business defaults in Settings when you need to correct your company details.

Deleting a report does not delete the original images from your photo library or PDFs already saved or shared. Remove those copies separately from Photos, Files or the receiving service. Manage device backups through Apple's settings. We cannot retrieve or delete local reports remotely.

Camera access

If camera access is disabled, change the app's camera permission in iOS Settings or select an existing image with the photo picker. You can continue entering report text when camera access is unavailable.
